Training Schedule


A) Training Status Allowance

Athlete’s training status is advanced so between 4-7 sessions per week.


B) Sport Season Guideline

Off-season – Starts the 2nd week in April and finishes End of the 2nd week in June. This gives us 10 weeks to achieve the goals.


C)Training Frequency

As national level and been undertaking a resistance program for two years a training frequency of 5 times a week issued. The Off-season guidelines are between 4-6 sessions per week.

E) Technical Training with Coaches

None as program is carried out during the off-season.
